Corder found her form on the diamond just in time for league play, lifting Bryant to a 5-1 week highlighted by a perfect 4-0 conference slate. The rookie maintained a .562 batting average over the six-game stint, going 9-for-16 while amassing eight runs, 14 RBIs and four home runs. Corder's best performance came in the Bulldog's doubleheader against Wagner on Sunday afternoon. The catcher went a combined 6-for-7 at the plate and belted all four of her career home runs. She recorded her first collegiate home run against the Seahawks early in the first game, a three-run shot over the right field fence. Corder added her second of the game in the bottom of the fourth with a runner on second to notch home runs in back-to-back appearances at the plate. Corder's hot streak would not be extinguished as she duplicated her slugging dominance with two more home runs in the second game of the doubleheader. The heavy hitter wasted no time at the plate, belting another three-run long ball to give Bryant an early 3-0 lead after just one inning of play. Wagner rallied to tie the score at 3-3, but Corder would silence the Seahawks again, knocking her fourth and final round tripper of the day deep into right center. In total, she accounted for 10 RBIs and scored seven runs in the two-win doubleheader. In a glimpse of what was to come, Corder started her record-breaking week with a 1-for-2 performance at intrastate rival Providence College on Wednesday. The catcher recorded a hit against the Friars and was walked twice in the one-point loss. She also played a large part in Bryant's sweep over Saint Francis on Saturday, going 3-for-6 at the plate with three RBIs and one extra base hit. The California native currently holds the team lead for RBIs (17), ties team lead for homeruns (4) and ranks second for total bases (34).
