Louwers improved to 2-0 this spring with a straight set win over Bucknell’s Dumitrita Iepuras, a former Patriot League Rookie of the Year and two-time All-Conference honoree.  Competing at #1 singles, the Netherlands native won, 6-3, 6-1, and also paired up with junior Taysha Blessington for an 8-2 victory at the top doubles position.  The Blackbirds dropped a tight 4-3 decision to the Bison on Monday to open a five-match spring trip to Orlando, FL.
