Men's Indoor Track Road Runner Sports NEC Track Athlete of the Week

Aaron Radden, Central Connecticut

Radden has hit his stride during the second half of his rookie season. The first-year Blue Devil recently produced a 60-200-meter sprint double that qualifies him for the IC4A Championships in both events. Radden broke the program’s 200-meter record for a second time this season when he claimed the gold medal at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games. His winning time of 21.67 makes him the Northeast Conference leader in the event. Already owning third place on the NEC’s performance list, Radden raced to a second-place finish in the 60-meter dash (6.97) at last weekend’s Games, which were held at the 168th Street Armory in New York, NY.
