Preseason Poll/All-Conference Release

Week seven of NEC Player of the Week honors was characterized by offensive explosions and a big defensive performance as Quinnipiac’s Sarah Allen and Kyra Ochwat, Robert Morris’ Talia Waskowicz and Central’s Erin DeLancey each earned player of the week accolades. Allen and Waskowicz each earned a share of NEC Player of the Week honors after Allen tallied 11 assists over the course of the Bobcat’s 2-0 weekend, while Waskowicz boasted eight points in the Colonial’s only game of the weekend, a 18-13 victory over Saint Francis (PA). DeLancey picks up her third NEC Defensive Player of the Week honor after booking a .629 save percentage and 2-0 record on the weekend, while Ochwat earns her third NEC Rookie of the Week nod of the spring after she totaled nine goals in two games, marking the most productive weekend of her young career.
