Wagner Seahawk Partakes in Annual Great Strides Walk

Staten Island, NY – The Wagner Seahawk participated in the Great Strides Walk on Sunday, June 10th in Midland Beach on the South Beach Boardwalk. The funds raised at the Great Strides Walk benefited the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and finding a cure for cystic fibroris.
The Seahawk was one of many that participated to help those afflicted with cyctic fibrosis including Staten Island native Kamryn Rose who was diagnosed 2003. Kamryn’s Angels has raised over $230,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in the past seven years that they have participated in the event.
