Lock Haven, PA – Former Saint Francis University women's basketball standout Carlin Chesick was recently profiled in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's “Perspectives of Title IX” series. Now an Assistant Commissioner and Senior Woman Administrator with the PSAC, Chesick was one of five women to pen a brief narrative to mark the 40th anniversary of the legislation.
As a Red Flash student-athlete, Chesick won three Northeast Conference Championships over the course of her career (1999-2003). The three-time All-NEC selection still ranks in the program's top 10 in points (1,477/8th), rebounds (757/7th) and field goals made (616/6th).
A member of the PSAC staff since 2005, Chesick oversees the NCAA Division II conference's compliance efforts.
