NEC Offensive Player of the Week Kyle Frazier engineered the Monmouth offense in a 41-6 rout of CAA member Rhode Island. Meanwhile, Saint Francis (PA) was busy opening league play against Bryant. The Red Flash posted a 39-28 win thanks to contributions from three weekly award winners. Linebacker Bishop Neal recorded a safety and an interception. Punter Grant Price dropped four punts inside the opponents' 20-yard line. All while rookie Khairi Dickson ran for 149 yards in the absence of all-NEC tailback Kyle Harbridge.
