Rider and Saint Francis (PA) both won a pair of non-conference contests last week and forwards from each team share the NEC Player of the Week award as a result. Sandra Penas scored three goals for the Broncs during a week that featured road wins over Penn and LaSalle. Autumn Pellman recorded two tallies in the Red Flash's win over Colgate and then added another two in a shutout of Vermont. The NEC Rookie of the Week award belongs to Rider goal keeper Alicia Carthan, who played to a 1.04 goals-against average while notching her second and third career victories.
