Daytona Beach, FL- For the first time since 1996, Robert Morris claimed the Northeast Conference Men’s Golf Championship. The Colonials pulled away from the final on the final round, finishing 14 strokes ahead of runner-up Bryant. The Colonials posted a final tally of 892 after carding a 295 for the day.

Matt Gurska (Hermitage, PA/Kennedy Catholic) posted the top finish for the Colonials carding a three-round total of 222 (75, 75, 72). Garrett Browning (Imperial, PA/West Allegheny) followed with a 223 (67, 81, 75), good for a tie for fifth place overall. Santiago Mejia (Bogota, Colombia/Blessed Hope) and Ryan Prokay (Grove City, PA/Grove City) tied for seventh overall at 225.

George Williams (Hertford, England/Sherrardswood School) took home the individual title after carding a 217 (70, 73, 75). Bryant’s Ryan Tombs (Bedford, NH/Bedford) followed in second place with a final tally of 218 (74, 72, 72). Tomb's final round score of 72 was the best round of the day. Fairleigh Dickinson’s U Minn Woon (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia/Bolles School (FL) came in third place after shooting a 221 (70, 75, 76).
