Grube carded an even-par 72 this afternoon – his team-best seventh round at or below par on the season – thanks to an effort that featured four birdies and 11 pars. The junior opened the day with back-to-back birdies and tallied a pair on the back nine, posting a one-under 35 on the final half.

Daniel Franco Saad placed in a tie for 60th with a 10-over 226. Franco Saad registered a six-over 78 this afternoon in an up-and-down final round. The senior began the day with a one-under 35 on the front nine, thanks to two birdies and six pars, but could only manage three more pars on the back nine. The 10-over 226 was his lowest tournament of the season.

Max Palmer posted his best round of the regional at one-over 73, finishing in a deadlock for 61st with an 11-over 227. Palmer sat at five over par after 11 holes, but closed strong with four birdies and three pars over the final seven. The junior finished eighth overall in par three scoring (2.92, -1), netting four of his 11 pars this afternoon on them.

David Szymanski carded a five-over 77 today with three straight birdies on holes six through eight, while Bryce Gorrell registered an eight-over 80.

Palmer finishes his NEC Golfer of the Year-winning junior season with a stroke average of 73.7, the third lowest in school history. He'll enter the 2019-20 campaign ranked second all-time in career stroke average (74.10), and third in both top 10 finishes (15) and rounds at or below par (15).

An All-NEC First Team selection, Grube posted the 15th lowest single-season stroke average in program history at 75.5. He'll begin 2019-20 slotted sixth all-time in career stroke average (76.20) and 10th in rounds at or below par (7).

Chase Miller will start his sophomore season owning the ninth spot in career stroke average (76.60) and 12th in career rounds at or below par (6).

Franco Saad and Szymanski conclude their careers ranked 14th and 15th, respectively, in career stroke average. Franco Saad averaged a 77.24 over his four seasons with nine rounds at or below par and five top-10 finishes, including a medalist finish at the 2016 Butler Spring Invitational. Szymanski – winner of the 2017 Titans Motown Collegiate – posted a 77.32 stroke average over his career with eight rounds at or below par.

Another graduating senior, Gorrell slots inside the top 25 in career stroke average, coming in at 23rd with a mark of 78.55.

Robert Morris loses the aforementioned seniors along with Alex Schreckengost and Ethan Sawyer to graduation. The Colonials are slated to return Grube, Miller, and Palmer from a team that won three tournaments – extending a streak of 10 consecutive seasons with at least one tournament win – and its fourth Northeast Conference (NEC) championship.
