Winter Scholar-Athlete Form

Please submit completed form by April 15, 2013.

To meet the criteria, the student-athlete must: 1. Have earned a minimum of 60 semester hours at the NEC institution. 2. Have maintained a minimum CUMULATIVE GPA of 3.20 (at the end conclusion of the fall semester). 3. Have participated with DISTINCTION as a member of a varsity team. Each institution may nominate ONE student-athlete per sport.
