The NEC Notebook, presented by Choice Hotels International, highlights top stories from around the league during the football and basketball seasons. Hosted by longtime NEC announcer and WFAN radio personality Paul Dottino, the one-minute vignettes can be heard during each school’s in-game radio broadcasts and are also made available on the Conference’s website.
The Men’s Basketball NEC Notebook also airs on a number of top-rated sports talk stations located throughout the league’s footprint on a weekly basis. In addition to longstanding partnerships with stations in New York (WFAN Sports Radio, 66 AM & 101.9 FM) and Pittsburgh (KDKA FM 93.7 The Fan), the NEC has recently added broadcast partners in Baltimore (105.7 The Fan & ESPN Radio 1300 AM), Hartford (97.9 ESPN Radio & 1410 AM Fox Sports Radio) and Altoona (ESPN Radio 1430) for the 2012-13 college basketball season.
