Kohut was stellar for SHU at the Mid Winter Invitational, as she led the Pioneers to a fifth-place team finish. The rookie posted the top frame average in the league, at 21.61 and also led the league with a 58.6 striking percentage. Kohut's 24.06 per frame average in the final day helped the Pioneers to wins over top-ranked McKendree, seventh-ranked Louisiana Tech and 16th ranked Maryville.
