Warfvinge got her outdoor season going by posting three top-six finishes in a pair of horizontal jumps. Earning fifth in the triple jump at the Miami Hurricane Invitaional (12.15m), she bested that mark and took top billing in the event at the Rider 5-Way Invitational with a jump of 12.20m, which ranks second among NEC competitors and 74th in the nation. Warfvinge, a Sweden native, also turned in a solid performance in the triple jump at the Rider 5-Way Invitational. Hitting 5.53m, she garnered first-place honors and currently leads the conference in the event.
