Anderson took gold in four events and silver in another in a two-meet week for LIU. On Friday, the Lloydminster, Alberta native earned a gold medal in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.88; 1st in NEC) and the 50-yard freestyle (24.46; 3rd in NEC) against Iona. Her second place finish in the 100-yard freestyle (53.59) was fifth as she now owns four of the top five times in the conference. In the 100-yard breaststroke, the junior took first with a 1:06.74 against Saint Francis and St. Peters for the fifth fastest time in the NEC. Andersen also touched the wall first in the 100-yard freestyle to match her own top NEC time of 53.35 on Saturday.
