Leonhard would go onto assist on the game-winner in the 78th minute to secure three points on the road. Additionally, the Jefferson, NJ native scored a goal during FDU’s 3-0 victory against Mercyhurst on Sunday, handing the Lakers their first loss of NEC play. Leonhard has compiled a league-best 10 goals and 23 points on the season. He also ranks 13th and 17th nationally in goals and points, respectively. FDU has posted a 3-2-1 record in conference play for 10 points and moved into fourth place in the NEC standings.
