In earning her fourth straight NEC Swimmer of the Week honor, Luoto made waves at the Harold Anderson Invitational, where she recorded a host of CSCAA "A" and "B" cut times. Competing in the 100 breaststrok, she made the A cut on her 50 extracted tim in 28.59, then continued on for a first place finish and another A cut time of 1:01.09. Doubling the distance, the Raisio, Finland native tallied another first place finish after touching in 2:15.30, a B cut standard. Finishing out the individual competitions, Lutoto recorded one more B cut time in the 200 IM after swimming a 2:02.53. Luoto sits atop the NEC in all of the aforementioned races. She also helped guide the Seahwaks to a first place finish and A cut time in the 400 freestyle relay (3:25.45), another first place finish in the 400 medley relay (3:46.77) and a second place showing in the 200 medley relay (1:44.32).
