Goodale recorded three new personal-bests en route to a strong weekend for the Seahawks at the Harold Anderson Invitational. The two-time NEC Rookie of the Week picked up a second place finish in the 100 freestyle, Goodale touched in 51.53 for a new career mark. The freshman continued with a 1:53.14 in the 200 free, to set another PR in a fourth place finish. Her final PR was recorded in the 50 free with an extracted time of 25.00. Rounding out the individual freestyle races, the Waterlooville, England native recorded a 5:04.26 in the 500 free. Goodale currently holds the second-fastest NEC times this season in the 100, 200 and 500 free. The Skyhawks also secured a first place finish and CSCAA A cut time in the 400 freestyle relay, clocking a 3:25.45 powered by a strong 52.30 leadoff leg from Goodale.
