Making a short trip north of the nation's capital to compete in a dual meet at Towson, Posada finished fourth in the 200 backstroke with a 2:16.78 and fifth in the 200 individual medley with a 2:13.28, The two-time NEC Swimmer of the Week rounded out the meet with a leadoff leg of 57.46 in the 400 medley relay en route to a first place team finish, touching in 3:52.29, the third-best time in the NEC this season. The Houston, TX native kicked it into full gear in a quad meet with VMI, American and conference foe Saint Francis U. Her 26.05 leg in the 50 backstroke (extracted) was was an NEC-best and an CSCAA B cut time, and ultimately contributed to Howard's first place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:44.41, 2nd in NEC).
