In Saint Francis U’s 4-0 week that featured doubleheader sweeps of George Mason and UMBC in the Free State, Nash crafted a sizzling .625/.647/1.125 slash line for the Red Flash. During that stretch, the Red Flash combined to outscore the opposition by a 22-8 margin, thanks in part to Nash, who scored four runs and drove in six more over the weekend. Most impressively, half of the junior outfielder’s 10 hits went for extra bases. In Saturday’s first game against the Patriots, Nash went 2-for-3 with an RBI double that extended the Red Flash lead to 3-1, the eventual final, in the top of the seventh. She was just as destructive in the nightcap, a 4-3 Saint Francis U victory. Finishing 3-for-4 in that outing, Nash put the Red Flash ahead by a 2-0 count on an RBI single in the second frame before she tripled in another run and scored on an error in the fourth to make it a 4-1 advantage. Against the Retrievers on Sunday, Nash, who went 5-for-9 in the batter’s box in that stretch, blasted a three-run home run in the top of the fifth that ultimately sealed the 10-0 mercy-rule triumph in the opener. In addition to her outstanding numbers at the plate, Nash stole one base and had a flawless weekend in centerfield with three putouts and zero miscues. She enters the week as the NEC’s leader in home runs (3), doubles (4), runs (7), stolen bases (3) and RBI (10) while ranking third in batting average (.514) and second in OPS (1.500). Nash has had a stranglehold on the NEC Player of the Week award in 2025, garnering the honor in each of the three possible weeks.
