Paquette closed out the 2024-25 regular season by taking home NEC/Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office Player of the Week distinction for the first time in her career. Behind the sophomore guard’s stellar play, Stonehill defeated Wagner in a pivotal league game on Thursday to lock up the No. 2 seed for the upcoming NEC Tournament. In addition to the seeding being the highest in program history, the Skyhawks’ 11 wins against conference competitors were also the most since they joined the NEC for the 2022-23 campaign. Against the Seahawks, Paquette went off for the second-highest offensive of her career. Going 6-of-9 from the field, 2-of-4 from distance and 11-of-14 from the charity stripe, the sophomore guard racked up a game-high 25 points, coming just one point shy of her career-best mark set earlier in league play against Mercyhurst. In addition, Paquette, who has netted 20-point outings in back-to-back games for the first time in her career, also paced the Skyhawks with eight boards. This season, the Hudson, NH native has enjoyed one of the big scoring jumps in the NEC this season. Netting 6.0 points per game as a rookie in 2023-24, she has more than doubled that average this year and is currently ranked 10th in the circuit in scoring with 13.0 points per game.
