Earning her fifth NEC Rookie of the Week award, Chichkina won two matches in SFU’s 5-2 conference victory against Stonehill. Competing at No. 2 singles, Chichkina defeated Anneliese Beltran in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, while pairing up with Diana Zuba for a 7-6 (11-9) first doubles win over the Skyhawks’ Beltran and Julie Holte. The Richboro, PA native is 21-8 in singles play during her rookie campaign, and has paired up with Zuba to post 18 doubles wins on the year.
