Earning her third NEC Track Athlete of the Week selection this spring, Chambers was in top form at the Rider Invitational. The senior sprinter placed first in two solo events and a relay. Her 100m (11.95) and 200m (24.68) dash times were both personal records and rank third and fifth, respectively, on the NEC performance chart. Additionally, Chambers ran the second leg of the Seahawks’ 4x100m relay that clocked the second-best time in the league with a 46.86 to win the event. This honor was the fifth of Chambers’ career, the most of any NEC athlete on the outdoor circuit.
