Stillwater, OK -- Junior Ashley Dana ran a 23:08.7 at the 2021 NCAA Women's Cross Country Championship 6K race in Stillwater, Oklahoma on Monday. The time was good for 240 out of 256 runners.
Dana was selected to run in the NCAA championship as an individual runner after winning the NEC 5K title with a time of 17:35.5. With the victory, Dana was crowned the 2021 NEC Most Outstanding Player, and her first place performance helped CCSU capture its third consecutive NEC championship.
