Long Island, N.Y. -- The Merrimack Warriors Women's soccer team scored four goals in the final 20 minutes, completing the comeback with a thrilling 4-2 victory over the LIU Sharks to capture the Northeast Conference regular season championship on a sunny Thursday afternoon in Long Island.

Merrimack controlled play in the first half but were unable to score in the first 45 minutes as the game entered halftime scoreless.

Jillian Golden would complete the comeback in the final two minutes as she slammed home the rebound from close range to take a 3-2 lead and put the Warriors back on top of the conference table.

Isabella Keogh would complete her hat trick only 20 seconds, and add the insurance goal scoring top corner to put the exclamation point on the win and the regular season title.
