NEC WOMEN'S SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Hailey Knapp, So., D., Wagner
Brampton, Ontario, Canada/Heart Lake Secondary
Knapp played the hero in Wagner’s 1-0 win over Rider on Monday night with a game-winning goal at the death. The Canadian sophomore fired a shot from miles out and threaded it over the Rider goalkeeper with 15 seconds left. The strike made No. 5 on the SportsCenter Top 10 plays that night.

NEC WOMEN'S SOCCER CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Shae McGinty, Sr., GK, Wagner
Levittown, NY/Division Avenue
McGinty allowed just one goal over 180 minutes of work in net in a 1-0-1 week for the Seahawks. The senior made nine saves in those two matches and kept a clean sheet in Wagner’s 1-0 win over Rider.

Aviana Gutierrez, Fr., GK, Chicago State
Waco, TX/University
Gutierrez made 10 saves in Chicago State’s two matches last week and kept a clean sheet in the Cougars’ scoreless draw against UIC on Sunday. The Waco, TX native also allowed just one goal and turned away six shots in a 2-1 victory over Purdue Fort Wayne last Wednesday.

Savage scored a late game-winner for the Cougars on Wednesday in their 2-1 win over Purdue Fort Wayne.

Caitlin Daley, Sr., GK, New Haven
Daley stopped 15-of-18 shots on target - including a penalty kick - in New Haven’s first Division I match against Brown on Friday.

Allie Sougaris, So., GK, Stonehill
Sougaris made six saves in two draws for the Skyhawks last week. The sophomore posted a clean sheet in a 0-0 deadlock with Idaho on Saturday.
