NEC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Charlotte Müller, Wagner

Müller led the charge for the Seahawks in an undefeated weekend in conference play. The sophomore scored twice in Wagner’s 3-2 overtime victory against Stonehill, including the game-winner just 50 seconds into the extra period. Müller netted her third goal of the week and added an assist during a 5-4 OT thriller against Saint Francis U for seven total points over two matches. The Bremen, Germany native has eight goals on the season, which is tied for third in the conference. Her 20 points on the campign also ranks fourth on the circuit. The Seahawks are currently ride a three-game winning streak, and their two NEC wins over the weekend secured them a spot in the NEC Field Hockey Championship.
NEC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Fleur Hofman, LIU
Sr., Goalkeeper, Amsterdam, The Netherlands/CSB Amsterdam
Hofman guarded the cage spectacularly in two NEC triumphs for the Sharks. The senior goalkeeper recorded a pair of shutouts, while making a 12 saves on the weekend. Starting out hot on Friday, Hofman stopped 10 shots during a 2-0 win over SFU along, then capped the weekend with a pair of saves in a 5-0 victory over Stonehill. The two shutouts put her at three consecutive games without allowing a goal and she now has four shutouts on the year, which is a league best. Hofman owns a 1.62 GAA to rank third in the NEC. This marked her second career NEC Defensive Player of the Week honor (10/10/23) and first of the 2024 season.
NEC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Olivia Machiavelli, Rider
Fr., F, Madrid, Spain/International School Sek del Castillo
Claiming her fifth NEC Rookie of the Week accolade, Machiavelli posted a hat trick during Rider’s 7-0 win over Merrimack on Friday. It marked her fourth multi-goal game of the season and was the first hat trick of her collegiate career. She became the fifth NEC student-athlete to net three goals in a contest in 2024. The freshman forward leads the conference with 13 goals and 30 points in her first collegiate campaign. Additionally, Machiavelli is tied for second in the NEC with three game-clinching goals.
NEC PRIME PERFORMERS
Pilar Mengotti, Jr., D (FAIR)
Scored the game-winining goal in Fairfield's 1-0 win against Hofstra, while holding down the backline in two shutout wins for the Stags.
Kiki Bruning, So., F (LIU)
Totaled four points on one goal and two assists in a 2-0 week for LIU, including the game-winner against SFU.
Fleur Hofman, Sr., GK (LIU)
Named NEC Defensive Player of the Week for the first time this season and second time in her career.
Olivia Machiavelli, Fr., F (RID)
Claimed her fifth NEC Rookie of the Week award.
Valeria Perales, Jr., F (RID)
Netted a goal and dished an assist in each of Rider's victories last week over Merrimack (7-0) and Sacred Heart (3-0).
Jade Regnart, Fr., GK (RID)
Recorded one solo shutout and one combined shutout in a 2-0 week for the Broncs, while making six total saves. She now has three complete game shutouts on the year, which is tied for second in the conference.

Found the back of the cage twice in SFU's 5-4 OT setback against Wagner.
Madison Waldspurger, Jr., D (SFU)
Tallied two scores against Wagner.
Charlotte Müller, So., M/D (WC)
Earned NEC Offensive Player of the Week honors.
Floortje Leunisse, So., F (WC)
Recorded four points with a goal and two assists in a 2-0 week for the Seahawks. Leunisse score the game-tying goal against Stonehill and facilitated two scores against SFU.
Cami Valor, Gr., F (WC)
Scored the game-wining goal during Wagner's 5-4 senior day victory in OT vs. SFU on Sunday. She also dealt out an assist against Stonehill two days earlier.
